How do I become a photographer on 51 Surf?
Simply sign up at 51.photos, complete your profile, and you can start uploading your surf sessions right away. It's free to get started with our Starter plan.
What commission do you take on sales?
Commission depends on your subscription tier. Starter (free) has 25% commission, while paid plans have lower commissions ranging from 20% down to 8% for Ultimate members. You keep the majority of every sale.
How do surfers find my photos?
Surfers can discover your sessions through our search by location, browse featured photographers, or receive direct notifications if you use our Notify feature to send them a link via SMS.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts are processed automatically to your connected bank account. You can set up your payout details in your dashboard under the Payouts section.
